About Us

Teaching Learning Centres have been established in each of the campuses of BITS Pilani. The main objective of the TLCs is to improve the teaching-learning process at BITS Pilani and to function as a nodal centre that encourages both research and implementation of innovative teaching-learning practices. In this endeavour, the TLC will involve instructors, students, teaching-assistants and expert educators.

Aims & activities of the TLC

  • Support professional development of faculty and technical support staff involved in teaching like lab demonstrators.
  • Encourage research and innovation in the teaching learning process.
  • Train instructors in technology enhanced learning.
  • Develop modes of recognizing and rewarding teaching excellence
