This grievance portal addresses the queries and problems of the students and prospective students arising out of University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023. Please note that any grievance related to the cases dealt with by the Exam Sub Committee or the Students Discipline Committee can be submitted as an Appeal to the respective Competent Authority quoting specific case details. Complaints pertaining to Sexual Harassment under the PoSH Act and against instances of Ragging may be submitted to the ICC and Anti-Ragging Committee respectively.

The designated ombudsperson will hear and decide on appeals from aggrieved students once they have availed themselves of all other remedies provided under University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023.
