E-Cell is a part of the Centre for Innovation, Incubation, and Entrepreneurship (CIIE) and, in collaboration with the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) and the Centre for Innovation (CFI).

The Launchpad is an annual three-day entrepreneur summit organised by E-Cell, BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus that celebrates innovation and entrepreneurship.
